Wasabi is a plant that belongs to the Brassicaceae family. It is a perennial herbaceous plant that grows naturally in Japan, China, and Korea.

The wasabi plant has a long history of cultivation in Japan. It is grown in the mountain stream beds of the cold mountain regions of Japan, where it thrives in the cool water and shade. The leaves are harvested just before they fully mature and are then dried for use as an ingredient or condiment.

Planting Instructions:

  1. Soak wasabi seeds in water for 24 hours. This will help the seeds absorb water and start to grow.
  2. Put the soaked seeds in a container with some soil and keep them moist. You can use a pot or a tray for this purpose.
  3. Place the container in an area with indirect sunlight and keep it moist at all times.
  4. After about two weeks, you will see new shoots emerging from the soil.
