Palm Tree (Licuala Cordate) is a kind of tree that has big leaves that look like fans. They can grow up to 3 feet wide! The leaves have many thin segments that radiate from the center, like the spokes of a wheel. The plant can grow up to 30 feet tall, but it grows very slowly.
It likes warm and humid places, so it is native to Southeast Asia and Australia. But you can also grow it indoors if you have enough space and light.
Germination Instructions

Soak the seeds in warm water for 24 hours. This will help them to germinate faster and easier.

Fill a small pot with moist potting mix. You can use any kind of potting mix that is suitable for palms or tropical plants. Make sure the pot has drainage holes at the bottom.

Plant one seed in each pot, about 1 inch deep. Cover the seed with some soil and press it gently.

Place the pot in a warm and bright place, but not in direct sunlight. You can use a heating mat or a heat lamp to keep the temperature around 80°F (27°C).

Water the pot regularly, but do not overwater it. The soil should be moist but not soggy. You can use a spray bottle to mist the soil and the seed lightly.

Be patient and wait for the seed to germinate. This can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks.
