Sage seeds are the seeds of Salvia officinalis, a herbaceous perennial plant in the Lamiaceae family. They are used as a spice and in herbal medicine.
- Fill a container with potting soil and add water until it is moist but not wet.
- Place the sage seeds on top of the soil and cover them with about 1/4 inch of soil.
- Keep the container in a warm place and keep it moist by adding water every day or two.
- After about 10 days, you should see some sprouts coming up through the soil.
