Stevia plants are a calorie-free sweetener. It is a plant that's native to South America and it has been used for centuries by the Guarani people as a way to sweeten their food. Stevia leaf extracts have been used as a sugar substitute in Japan since the 1970s, and products containing stevia have been sold in Canada since 1994 as well as in Europe, China, Australia, and South Korea.
How to germinate:
Step 1: Fill a pot with moist, rich soil.
Step 2: Plant the Stevia seeds inside the pot about 3 inches apart.
Step 3: Place the pot in a warm, sunny location and keep it well-watered.
Step 4: When the plants reach about 10 inches tall, transplant them into larger containers or outdoors.
