Lavender is a perennial herb that belongs to the Lamiaceae family. The plant is native to the Mediterranean region, but it has been naturalized in many other parts of the world. It has a long history of use in cooking, as well as in perfumery and medicine.
Planting Instructions:
- Soak seeds in water for 24 hours before planting them
- Plant seeds 1/2 inch deep in moist soil
- Keep soil moist and warm (70 degrees Fahrenheit)
- Seeds will sprout within 2 weeks
